If an owner wishes to have their deceased animal cremated, we work with an outside service that handles pet cremations. We reserve the right to refuse this service for non-clients if we do not have sufficient space for temporary storage. If individual ashes are to be returned, the animal is cremated alone. You may be assured that we will never mix ashes or exchange cremains with any foreign substances. You will get only your animal’s ashes back in their entirety. Your pet will be handled with respect. Cremains are returned in either a tasteful cremation bag or an urn that can be specifically ordered.
